I can tell you that this change at Dyess AFB has made a huge difference in my work ... and my life! We changed to the Marketing Ticketing System a little over 17 months ago and I have never been so pleased. Not only are the tickets trackable, easy to use, and made the at "home" work for my team so easy...I can also track each job and that definitely helps my department identify our hours per job. In January of 2020, we hired Bas and his team to build our new FSS Web page. This change was easy! (I HIGHLY recommend follow his plan provided before you get ready to change, this makes the transition easy and swift.) Bas and his Team are always ahead of the curve. When COVID hit, because Bas had already built me a COVID Emergency section (before I even ask) the Wing adopted the FSS web site as the "COVID Emergency Management Site" for the whole base. This was a huge boost to the FSS Page. I can honestly say working with this Team has been amazing and well worth the small investment.

Here at RAF Mildenhall we have used the Ticket System for a few years now and it has always worked flawlessly. Bas & his team supported us flawlessly. 123-ticketsystem is beautiful to work with and worth the investment in terms of time and money. It has done us so much good.
Not only does Your Force Support deliver a high-quality, user-friendly digital product but the customer service is unmatched! When I worked for FSS Marketing my office used the 123 Ticket System for our project requests as well as a custom-built website. Having worked for an FSS Marketing office that did not use any kind of ticket system I can't recommend this product enough. Streamline marketing requests, track projects, communicate with facilities in a centralized location and boost overall productivity. Bas is great to work with as well, any issues you might have he makes sure to address promptly and thoroughly. In my time with FSS I also found that overall Marketing offices struggle with the Web Designer/Developer role often tacking on additional responsibilities like social media, IT for the office, email marketing, etc making it difficult for the role to focus on building and maintaining a good website. This is where Your Force Support comes in with their excellent websites. Nothing is more important than a great looking and great functioning site. You'll work closely to help determine the look and feel of your site (which will include all FSS facilities) and again...any questions or issues you may have are always resolved in a timely manner. The NAF PCard can be used to purchase Your Force Support products as outlined in
AFI 34-275 (23 Jun 2011).
When the package you select falls within the single purchase and monthly purchase limits the PCard can be used, and is the preferred method of payment. PCard purchase limits vary across bases and theaters, but typically range between $2500 and $5000 for the majority of FSS Programs. The total of your purchase may include multiple items; however, the total amount cannot exceed the single purchase limit. Splitting the purchases in order to stay under the single purchase limit is considered an unauthorized split payment.
In cases where your package exceeds the single purchase limit of the PCard, a PO (Purchase Order) will be required from your local NAF Contracting Office. In most cases this branch handles purchases under $25000 that do not require SAM oversight. We are familiar with this process and can provide the documentation typically required to support the PO request. Please note that if this payment method is used, the competed approved PO will be required prior the project getting underway.
